Artichoke Casserole



Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cup grated parmesean or ramano cheese
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 - 15 oz can french style string beans
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • salt & pepper


Preheat oven to 350°. In a large frying pan, cook onions and garlic in olive oil until clear. Drain green beans and add to pan. On medium heat, cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chopped artichokes and lower heat. Add breadcrumbs, cheese and liquid from artichockes. Place in casserole dish and bake uncoverd for about 30 minutes.
