Blonde Brownies



Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 pkg light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pkg chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup nuts, chopped


Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl combine, by hand, butter and brown sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla, salt, and baking powder. Add in flour a little at a time until everything is well blended. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Pour in a lightly greased 9" X 13" pan or baking dish. Bake for about 35 minutes. Personally, I think these are best when they're frozen.
